At Smash It Sports, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items in new, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
